It’s not often that you hear someone from Hollywood speak sense, so when it does happen it’s best that we pay close attention.
In case anyone was unable to deduce where the vast majority of the film and entertainment industry’s sympathies lay, this year’s long, bitter election cycle made it very clear: they are almost entirely in the pocket of the Democratic Party. And while it’s certainly been no secret that stars like George Clooney, Leonardo DiCaprio and Cher are staunch liberals, it became much more apparent by the hysterical way they reacted to Donald Trump’s campaign for the presidency.
Instead of seeking to understand what motivated people to support Donald Trump, Hollywood decided to demonize their fellow Americans and accuse them of racism, sexism, and other forms of bigotry. Now that the election is over however, some brave voices are speaking out against the industry’s condescending liberalism.

Is not comparing him to Tim Allen. I simply want to know what you think of him. And you still haven’t answered the question. Is it that confusing for you? It must really rattle your brain for anyone to have an opinion that has truth to it just because they’ve been convicted of a crime. Again, this is insane and look to him for my politics. He’s just right and you don’t seem to be able to handle it. You can enjoy his comedies. I rarely watch anything that he has out.
Depends on the venue you use to voice your opinion. The golden globes was not the correct venue. She had a captive audience that didn’t come to hear her stupid speech.
Richard I am glad I fulfill your “expectations” so it will come as a huge disappointment to you that I often vote Republican and supported John Kasich. While it seems so simple to you that Allen was “correct” I disagree which is what this whole thread is about. So please rest your brain and sleep well with your choice for President. As I said in an earlier post, I will be fine as I am in that 1%.
