“Thou shalt not travel to Mississippi” demand the governors of Washington, New York, and Vermont. Mississippi’s new legislation is believed to be mean spirited and discriminatory and thus these governors feel it is in their power to limit travel of their own citizenry.
Reminiscent of the big brother behavior of the Mayor of San Fransisco, who made similar demands of city employees banning travel to North Carolina, these governors are overstepping their authority.
The mayoral panties are all twisted up because North Carolina has passed legislation preventing anti-discrimination protection for lesbian, gay and transgender people thus nullifying a Charlotte ordinance that allowed for transgender bathroom use of the opposite gender.
City workers were banned by the Lee from “non-essential” travel to North Carolina, Truth and Action reports.
The Mississippi legislation is viewed as discriminatory against the LGBT community, yet in actuality it protects all citizens of Mississippi from government over reach by protecting “sincerely held religious beliefs and moral convictions of individuals, organizations and private associations.”
Citizens of Mississippi who hold religious convictions are given the freedom to exercise their faith without repudiation. Under this legislation, people of faith will be protected if they deny wedding services to same-sex couples. It also allows employers to take their religious beliefs to inform such work place values such as dress code and bathroom or locker access.
The legislation does not remove civil rights from any one group, but strengthens the First Amendment for all.

These state governments need to be thrown out if they think they can tell their citizens where they can go IN THE USA. Next, they will be holding their citizens in holding pens like the UN wants.
To all those Governors our there in every state. I defended the Constitution and the Bill of Rights for every American in this country and will defend those Documents to my dying breath. You have no power in your office to forbid travel in America to any American and you never will as long as we Have those Rights and the Freedom under those Rights. Get it out of your pea brains that you rule those people in your state, because all Americans are Free because of the Brave souls that has fought for this country and will be Free as long as there are veterans and a military that defends those Freedoms. You work for the people of your state not that you do them any good from what this old veteran see and hears about your state.

Burt let me explain what a male to female transgender is, a person in a male body and a female brain trying to match to their preferred sex which in this point would be female.
Pedaphiles are extremely different from transgender women because pedaphiles have uncontrollable sexual urges where as transgender women don’t.
As a transgender woman myself I can assure you the last thing on my mind while using the women’s bathroom is perversion. I have no sexual desire for women neither do I desire young makes or children because I’m not a pedaphile.
If you research the many different types of people in the world aside from male and female you will understand just as long you go about it with an open mind without judgement or biase.
Lgbt people dont ask for special treatment except be treated with common courtesy and respect. No one has the right to intimidate, harass, harm anyone over who they are and have absolutely no rights whatsoever.
Imagine being a heterosexual person with no rights and get targeted for simply being then get acused of being a pedaphiles for simply using the rest room you believe is your matched choice. Ignorance incites hate which welcomes harm and beyond.
