Texas Republican Rep. Brian Babin has introduced a bill into Congress that would halt the resettlement of refugees in the country until a thorough assessment of the costs and dangers of the process is conducted.
Babin drafted the Resettlement Accountability National Security Act in response to the Obama administration’s desire to expand America’s refugee program — a program the lawmaker believes is fundamentally flawed. Babin’s comments on the next page:

Kathy Pitzer: where do you think this country gets it’s wealth? From the wealthy, the middle class has shank under Obama and the salaries for the middle class has dropped $6000 to $10,000 per year, my families income has not increased at all but our taxes has went up under Obama, there are more people on food stamps now than in the history of this country and the real unemployment rate is between 16% and 21%. If the wealthy are making the money, it is theirs, and they should not have to give it to those who won’t work! Have you ever seen a poor man that is able to hire another man to do a job? Wealthy people invest their money to provide jobs for people that want to work and are qualified to do the job! It is not the responsibility of those who earn the money to give it to those who won’t work and support themselves.
