Texas Republican Rep. Brian Babin has introduced a bill into Congress that would halt the resettlement of refugees in the country until a thorough assessment of the costs and dangers of the process is conducted.
Babin drafted the Resettlement Accountability National Security Act in response to the Obama administration’s desire to expand America’s refugee program — a program the lawmaker believes is fundamentally flawed. Babin’s comments on the next page:

Muslims are not like us and don’t you find it strange that the majority are young men. Have you seen the trouble they are causing in Europe. I have to granddaughters and don’t want them here. They need to go back to their own country and fight for it. Why would you want to bring more trouble to this country that has enough already. Do you see us taking in the Christians and you are not alerted by that red flag.
He can get it done, those Texans know how to get things and stand up for their rights.
