The Dickson County School District in Tennessee banned the Confederate flag amid the recent controversy, but then went ahead and banned all flags – including the Stars and Stripes.
The Dickson County Director of Student Services Steve Sorrells has no qualms about this stunning decision and firmly stands by it.

No you’re wrong. It’s very unpatriotic and your school district should be cut off from all Fed finding. That’s my opinion.
If this guy is a public school teacher, in a public school, financed by taxpayers, he should be fired.

Apparently this man only banned flying flags off of vehicles due to dragging it on the ground, in proper display and respect by the students. Old Glory still flies in front of the school.
