Then you of all people ought to understand the origin of the pledge of allegiance, and national flags in every school.
SCOTUS can dig and rationalize until the moose come over the mountain; overwhelming extraconstitutional expansion across the board is evident to anyone who has read the brief text. Now it has been longer than it should but I recall nothing about education, nor any blanket power to dole out conditional funding in nondelegated areas, where the equal protection clause is going to apply anyway.
How’s that zero tolerance workin’ for ya, bud?
The schools,in Tenn. must be full of real stupid unAmerican idiots and I feel sorry for the students having to go there.
Least you’re not saying deport them…had been getting a lot of that in this thread
a flag shold hag in ever school in usa and if someone is offended, they should immediately leave usa and never return. Leae us and our customs alone
Un American
Then the damn school needs to be shut to hell down ! Since when do we not fly our country’s flag at our schools ! Where are the parents ?? They need to be fighting this tooth and nail ! WAKE UP PEOPLE !
Fire the SOBs. This is America not some God-forsaken evil country.
Then they should get no tax money!
Please make the names of the school authories (teachers, administrators, etc.) who initiated the ban known – and also those who obeyed this anti-American dictate. Just like criminals deserve to have their names exposed, so should these people – including those to stand up for America.
