A jury decided last year that the owner of a small organic farm, Shellie Smith, still owes $4000 after a raid by SWAT that destroyed her farm.
Garden of Eden, a small organic in Arlington, Texas, was the target of a SWAT raid in 10-hour long search with Smith being held at gunpoint at one point.
Arlington police dept. stated that there were complaints of marijuana being grown on the premises, but none was found on the property. Instead, law enforcement confiscated 17 blackberry bushes, 15 okra plants, 14 tomatillo plants, native grasses and sunflowers.

Welcome to Obama’s America!
I always wondered what a blueberry swat team looked like! Well armed!
if this true shoot them all
That’s exactly what our military needs to be doing idiots
stupid.
How is the farm doing now , a year and a half after this raid was staged ? I watched another video concerning this topic and see it a little differently but…I still say a lot can be avoided if we follow codes and rules that have been set in place ! Yes many are ridiculous but do you know who is to blame for most of that ? We are…….we sat comfortably on our fat hind ends and trusted people just because we were told we should ! Changing things back is going to be a lot harder than it was to implant their evil design ! I am grateful that no one was needlessly murdered or beaten down !
They do not own us. Fight back.
Insane behavior
Good thing they used SWAT them berries where heavily armed
What about Sharpton and him owing Millions??
