The Supreme Court has just given law enforcement the right to enter one’s home without a warrant.
In a 6-3 decision, Justice Alito penned that, “When occupants of a residents disagree on whether they will admit police without a warrant, the objecting occupant must be physically present. That doesn’t change if police have removed the objector,” Read page 2 for background on the case and ruling.
There has never in the history of our country been a more conservative Supreme Court.
At their own RISK
LMAO!!! Good Luck here in Arizona!!!
no they didn’t, at least no legally, this is unconstitutional ..
True story Kim!, and we’ll said!
At there own risk
since when does the judicial become the executive??–they do and sue em
or for that fact the legislative–their just grim reapers in drag
Good luck with that cops
My understanding is after they break down your door and you confront them, they will kill all the witnesses. Dead men can’t talk. It’s unfortunate they feel they have the authority to do this, and unfortunate the home opener will probably only get a few shots off before getting killed. The constitution means nothing to these puppets.
