I wouldn’t advise trying that around me! I’m 68, cantankerous, trying to recover from major esophageal cancer surgery and a ‘Nam veteran who is somewhat short on patience and understanding and allegic to BS! Otherwise, I’m fairly reasonable but NOT a fanatic about it… – Vietnam Combat Veteran 7/66-11/71
I can freak out and accidently blow one or more faces off without a warrant as well.
Open my door you will die
This does not address whether police can search in the absence of any occupant granting access.. in this example regardless of the supposed cause for the permission to search..it was grant by a resident and therefore would not contridict the 4th ammendment. .. what would be a contrition would be if police could enter with no warrant. . and no permission. ..and no probable cause
You threaten to kill police who enter your property yo search or make an arrest and then are suprise when police come in large numbers …heavily armed and are highly aggressive in their breech tactics. ..there seems to be a causality you are ignoring
