The Supreme Court has just given law enforcement the right to enter one’s home without a warrant.
In a 6-3 decision, Justice Alito penned that, “When occupants of a residents disagree on whether they will admit police without a warrant, the objecting occupant must be physically present. That doesn’t change if police have removed the objector,” Read page 2 for background on the case and ruling.
I can’t see Texas going along with that .Criminals and preppers will hide them. Then I guess everyone will be a criminal. Hunters won’t like it neither. I guess that’s when all hell breaks loose.
Totally IN constitutional.
It is time for us to dismantle the supreme court if they are not going to honor their oath to obey the constitution!

Regardless of what the supreme idiots are saying cops should always protect the constitution. Just like the oath they took says
