The Supreme Court in a unanimous 9-0 vote strengthened the law that states if someone is found guilty of domestic violence, even if no actual violence was proved, they can’t own a gun.
What part of ‘shall not be infringed’ regarding the 2nd Amendment do these ‘justices’ not understand?
To take someone’s gun because they have been involved in domestic violence will NOT stop domestic violence from occurring in the future.
These 2 issues are not related in any way.

I got those charges come try to take mine I dare you also try to stop me from buying or building more I dare you again
They don’t need a gun to use Domestic Violence. More fists and knives are used for that scenario.
Hang all these comiies for treason or better yet put them up against a wall and let the military shoot them
That’s a bunch of bs Sergio Salas-Valdez
The good ol’ Supreme Court of NO Judicial Review.
How ridiculous! So in other words if a spouse gets mad at his/her mate for any dumb reason, all he/she has to say is he or she was threatened by their spouse and BINGO all that other persons rights to own a gun for self-defense are out the window. HOW STUPID can these people be???
Kenneth Risenhoover you absolutely do not understand me correctly. I am saying by the constitution, the decision can be made. Even if you own a gun you are not allowed to use it against over zealous police enforcement. Its a silly argument to put words in my mouth to misrepresent my stance so you can win. I said none of that nonsense. Police need a warrant to go into anyone’s house unless it says otherwise in someone’s probation paperwork. Do you just make things up or just figure out things on your own based off of half info? Or actually read things and use critical thinking based on facts?
And how many of these cases involved knives, hammers, golf clubs, ball bats, etc……………..weapons of opportunity??????????? Guns factor scarcely lots of times.
That’s ridiculous
I’m a gun owner and I agree w/the 2nd Amendment. BUT, I agree as far as gun owners should be law abiding AND responsible. someone involved in domestic violence, a crime, is neither law abiding NOR responsible. Constitutional rights, some of them anyway, don’t extend to law breakers. At least, if we get the guns, out of that violent person’s house, we make them look for another weapon. speaking for myself, I’d rather face a knife or fork any day. hopefully, I can get away from that. a gun, no way am I outrunning a bullet. Even the NRA and NAGR want guns for law abiding and responsible citizens.
