The Supreme Court in a unanimous 9-0 vote strengthened the law that states if someone is found guilty of domestic violence, even if no actual violence was proved, they can’t own a gun.
What part of ‘shall not be infringed’ regarding the 2nd Amendment do these ‘justices’ not understand?
To take someone’s gun because they have been involved in domestic violence will NOT stop domestic violence from occurring in the future.
These 2 issues are not related in any way.

Criminal conviction is part of due process, which falls under well regulated..
And under todays legal system, anything can be construed as domestic violence.

Now they need to clarify what they consider Domestic violence! That will be the bottom line here. Is it arguing with another or just posting something bad on face book about the government! Spanking your kid in public can be violence. What if someone just reports you for something you didn’t do! Who’s word will they take! This is Unconstitutional from the courts!
