The Supreme Court in a unanimous 9-0 vote strengthened the law that states if someone is found guilty of domestic violence, even if no actual violence was proved, they can’t own a gun.
What part of ‘shall not be infringed’ regarding the 2nd Amendment do these ‘justices’ not understand?
To take someone’s gun because they have been involved in domestic violence will NOT stop domestic violence from occurring in the future.

This is not new, it’s all part of the lautenberg ammendment and relies on a conviction to be enforced. Before anyone starts spouting off on supposed “new laws” take time to learn whats already out there. and yes this law applies to police and military as well. stop the hype, seek truth.

Domestic violence is a deviation from normal human responses and anyone who deviates from these “norms” should have no right to own a firearm.

Blanket laws are patently unfair – each case should be heard on its own merits. If you split with your wife and she hints at any level of domestic violence (to include loud arguments), you’re done. And there are too many prosecutors simply looking to advance their career – they are, after all, lawyers and the truth is easily tarnished.
