The Supreme Court in a unanimous 9-0 vote strengthened the law that states if someone is found guilty of domestic violence, even if no actual violence was proved, they can’t own a gun.
What part of ‘shall not be infringed’ regarding the 2nd Amendment do these ‘justices’ not understand?
To take someone’s gun because they have been involved in domestic violence will NOT stop domestic violence from occurring in the future.
These 2 issues are not related in any way.

The Supreme Court doesn’t even have the right to do this. They are acting outside of the law.
That would be a good thing.
Another ‘law’ I will FAITHFULLY IGNORE!!
until you have been in the situation of domestic violence with someone owning such weapons being beat and threatening your life. I promise you will think different!!
Hahahaha!!! Why don`t we build robots. That way, we`ll have the perfect society we so strive for today 😀
Many times domestic violence can lead to a shooting death.
so you really want a person involved in domestic violence owning a gun?? how do you know their violence won’t spill outside the house? I’m a gun owner and I believe gun owners need to be law abiding and responsible. someone involved in domestic violence is neither.
Do any of you gun fetishists belong to a militia that provides security for your states? If so, you shall be regulated.
Ernest Erickson .. I doubt you will have a domestic situation..
Unless its your mother….
You tea baggers are sad people…. damn y’all ugly too
This is an across the board decision without reviewing the circumstances. My son’s ex decided 4 days after moving out and her assault on him; in front of me and their child; that she needed a 209A because she claims a social worker told her. So she goes to the courts and gets one, and gives the courts her new address as my son’s. He does not get it as she lives in a different town. When he does, he loses his permit and she is the one who assaulted him.
