The Supreme Court in a unanimous 9-0 vote strengthened the law that states if someone is found guilty of domestic violence, even if no actual violence was proved, they can’t own a gun.
What part of ‘shall not be infringed’ regarding the 2nd Amendment do these ‘justices’ not understand?
To take someone’s gun because they have been involved in domestic violence will NOT stop domestic violence from occurring in the future.
These 2 issues are not related in any way.

The frakkin Vultures found a loophole the Military Justice System has been exploiting on Bases around the world and is now applying it to Citizens.
The courts seem to be as corrupt as our present government – it evidently spreads on down through the ranks – there does not seem to be any justice in our justice system any more – need to be purged of these government brown nosers who care more about their own agenda than justice, honor and integrity
Seen this coming when they said felons cannot possess a firearm. Rest assured that more oppressive gun laws are on the way.
I hate to disagree with you, but criminals should not be in possession of firearms. When someone is convicted of a crime they give up the right to own a gun. Domestic Violence is a serious crime, granted people get guns from other places, but this does not infringe on 2nd Amendment rights…
