Recently the Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES), has revealed that upwards of 6.4% of votes in elections are done by non-citizens, which could include illegal immigrants or those who are currently in a legal application process for residency or citizenship.
The study also reveals that 14% of non-citizens are registered to vote and possess identification sufficient enough for the polls. In other words, 14% of non-citizens have a fake ID.

All illegal aliens have been given drivers licenses and or state identification cards. All they need now is an address. Register to vote is very easy. They have what they need. Birth certificates can be had very easily copied from one another and then copied again. Once they have registered, then all they do is go to the polls. In their neighborhoods every one will be speaking their language not a problem. Sadly, this am sure has happened and will continue. Unless identification cards for voting are issued.

Illegals have no rights to change the elections on any occasion.
How can an illegal vote? You have to show a ID and a voters registration card.
