Kendra Turner, 17, of Dyersburg, Tennessee was suspended because she said ‘bless you’ to another student who sneezed.
It seems that the teacher has a list of words you can’t say in class, and ‘bless you’ is on the list. The teacher told the TurnerĀ “Now we will not have godly speaking in my class.”

this is c**p
This shows how twisted and warped things have gotten. The teacher should be fired, but no.
Id just put my foot in dat teachers rear end and slap da ignorance out of her,sho nuff.
It is time for all the students to say “bless you” all at once………….
There are no words to adequately describe how anti-American and anti-Christian the teacher is; one thing is for sure, that teacher should be reprimanded, fined and a derogatory report regarding this incident put in the personnel file. What has our country come to when this sort of thing happens?
Fire the teacher.
THAT GOD DAMNED TEACHER SHOULD BE FIRED
she should have said $#%&!@* you instead ..
Well, Bless all their little hearts in that school district. I would join the PTA and run for the school board if I was her parent!
I would have proudly bless the teacher the principal and the school on my way out!. For not understanding and if they do understand and are enforcing a law which in my opinion the majority of the people do not even believe in I would bless them to receive the knowledge to understand they are passing on a message to the children of: We do not like it we do not believe in it but it is a rule and we have to enforce it. That sends the wrong image of authority to the children. Teach right or move on to a different job. No one makes the rules no one believes in them but everyone enforces them. An act of kindness, sincere and true turned into another stupid rule. Seeing this in too many places. God Bless Native American- Turanian Brotherhood: FIRST NATIONS Firsta, and our children, and our childrens’ children’ to understand. Whatever the rule, God is in your heart and soul, and no one can take that from you.
