Kendra Turner, 17, of Dyersburg, Tennessee was suspended because she said ‘bless you’ to another student who sneezed.
It seems that the teacher has a list of words you can’t say in class, and ‘bless you’ is on the list. The teacher told the Turner “Now we will not have godly speaking in my class.”

I hope that everyone now knows that if it is student led, it is allowed by law! Teachers seem to be clueless of the law. I am a retired teacher, but I’m a Christian and know what the law says about religion in public schools.
