Kendra Turner, 17, of Dyersburg, Tennessee was suspended because she said ‘bless you’ to another student who sneezed.
It seems that the teacher has a list of words you can’t say in class, and ‘bless you’ is on the list. The teacher told the Turner “Now we will not have godly speaking in my class.”

I still say God Bless you when someone sneezes , Have a Blessed day, If you have a problem with that I could care less. Also Prayer to Jesus For the food we have and eat
why do we hire these ignorant pieces that run our school system……I guess a school official that does this has no knowledge of education he wants everyone to believe his way…… not have a choice to learn all the different ways that the kids can think…… sounds like their preparing all the kids for communism…………so im telling all my grandkids to say bless you when another student sneezes…… and let them expel the child…. then we see how a law suit over freedom of speech and bless you is not a threatning statement……..the dictionary says bless you is wishing you well and to be blessed not only by God but by the person who blesses you…… wake up folks there are more parents then school officials don’t let them bully you into what they want……. stand up for your childs rights and yours………
