Kendra Turner, 17, of Dyersburg, Tennessee was suspended because she said ‘bless you’ to another student who sneezed.
It seems that the teacher has a list of words you can’t say in class, and ‘bless you’ is on the list. The teacher told the Turner “Now we will not have godly speaking in my class.”

I think there’s something wrong the south, because they might a little to strict with certain words. What happened to the seperation of church and state? And common certesy.

You can’t say Bless you but they would probably allow a musilum to cut somebodies head off. This country is in such bad shape cause God was takin out of schools.

Just saying Bless You, seems Non-Denominational so why is it offensive to this School? Maybe someone could get the students to protest and stay out of class like they are in Colorado, because patriotism might be taught again in this Country. I bet nothing would have been said if the young lady was wearing a habib and said Rahimakallah.
