Kendra Turner, 17, of Dyersburg, Tennessee was suspended because she said ‘bless you’ to another student who sneezed.
It seems that the teacher has a list of words you can’t say in class, and ‘bless you’ is on the list. The teacher told the Turner “Now we will not have godly speaking in my class.”

I’d walk in saying it every day then . Say it every 2 minutes . This has gone way passed c**p & beyond sit down, shut up & here’s how it works . Glad My Children aren’t still in school because I had issues with the c**p then but it wasn’t near this bad . Take their Pledge ? No Prayer ? A Bless You ? GO TO HELL . Maybe YOU PEOPLE THAT DON’T KNOW HOW TO BE AN AMERICAN NEED THE TEACHING . DON’T TRY & CHANGE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA . PERIOD .
