This week in Washington more than 100 state legislators will meet to amend the Constitution in order to fundamentally change Congress.
They will seek to impose term limits on Congressional members as well as force them to abide by the same laws the rest of us Americans must follow.
Imagine that, servants having to obey the same laws as their masters.

Snowballs chance in hell they will pass that. It would have to be on the ballot for voters to decide, and it would get buried every time, never making it on the ballot
