Hillary truly believes she is above the law and perhaps it is because she breaks so many of them but never suffers the consequences, thus getting bolder in her unethical and unlawful behavior. Her choice to do her own thing and ignore the Federal Records Act by having her own server is just another demonstration that she is unfit to lead a nation of laws.
The State Department has been in the midst of an investigation delving into Secretary of State Clinton’s illegal server. With the audit complete, it has been concluded that Hillary Clinton “did not comply with the Department’s policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act.”
Both Democrat and Republican Administrations have done a poor job “meeting those standards” and the OIG states it is having to manage a “longstanding, systemic weaknesses” that “go well beyond the tenure of anyone one Secretary of State.”
