In an interview on NBC, filmaker Spike Lee claimed that Americans don’t care about the massive amounts of gun violence because its “not Sandy Hook.”
While Spike Lee attempts to spin Americans’ lack of interest in Chicago by insinuating that no one cares because those who are dying aren’t innocent, young, white, schoolchildren, he’s totally ignoring those who are ignoring the violence in Chicago.
While most of America is pointing toward Chicago as proof that gun-free zones don’t work, those who are outright ignoring the city is none other than Black Lives Matter.
The reason for this is obvious. When it comes to Black Lives Matter, black lives only matter when they are killed by white Americans. Because such a huge percentage of Chicago’s murders are black on black crime, Black Lives Matter doesn’t seem to care.

Why doesn’t the “Black lives Matter ” group go to Chicago and protest + march ? Change will never come until you put the blame where it belongs ! Change starts at home…….It will not be quick and easy…..
That is BS! There is a subculture of blacks who are just ‘jonesing” to fight and cause havoc!l! Why is it that when the Blacks protest, demonstrate., march, etc, there is always destruction of property , looting, taunting and intimidation of police and generally unruliness!! That black guy who had the stare down with a cop in Chicago, picked the shortest cop around. That cop showed incredible self-control. If I had been that officer, I probably would have ended up in jail because I would have punched his lights out! He was in that cop’s personal space just hoping the cop would react. They look for any excuse to raise hell. Even after there is a resolution, it is never to the black community’s liking if the cop isn’t sentenced to life, or executed, REGARDLESS of the evidence!!! I have a daughter-in-law who is black and is wonderful. I have black friends, too. I don’t care what color someone’s skin color is because if you remove the skin, we are all the same color inside !!!
Give everyone a gun it will fix itself
And what could we do about. It anyway. They will do whatever. It is up to them to do the right thing. No one else’s fault how they are.
