In an interview on NBC, filmaker Spike Lee claimed that Americans don’t care about the massive amounts of gun violence because its “not Sandy Hook.”
While Spike Lee attempts to spin Americans’ lack of interest in Chicago by insinuating that no one cares because those who are dying aren’t innocent, young, white, schoolchildren, he’s totally ignoring those who are ignoring the violence in Chicago.
While most of America is pointing toward Chicago as proof that gun-free zones don’t work, those who are outright ignoring the city is none other than Black Lives Matter.
The reason for this is obvious. When it comes to Black Lives Matter, black lives only matter when they are killed by white Americans. Because such a huge percentage of Chicago’s murders are black on black crime, Black Lives Matter doesn’t seem to care.

How about this: Liberal politicians don’t care about Chicago violence..And, Yes..when will people realize that it IS because of race.? They just want to keep blacks, (and ALL others), on the ‘plantation’, and under their imposed ‘slavery’, while they garner the rewards of that slavery…WAKE UP AMERICA’…!!!

the fault lies with those who they elect. instead of worrying about the gun violence, how about worrying about education and spending money not on gun control, but on politician control.

Why don’t ALL you that preach BLACK LIVES MATTER each take a million and go there and fix the problem. SEE HOW THAT WORKS FOR YA! The people just don’t care about their own or they would go and help them or at least try. Build a few condos for them, furnish them, build a school that you approve of and hire teachers you approve of, set up college scholarships for them-those babies, kids, moms,dads,aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that are dying is sad and heartbreaking-most of us do not have the money you performers have-I agree you worked your way to the top-we are all God’s children, and the heart ache suffered when a killing happens is unfathomable-so yes, go to them-help them there in the Chicago area.
