This past March 7, the National Guard in South Carolina performed door-to-door ‘wellness checks’ in an state-wide drill entitled Operation Vigilant Guard. The stated purpose was to prep for a Category 4 hurricane disaster.
Overall, around 2,000 military personnel and 5,000 persons from the South Carolina emergency management divisions participated.
This certainly harkens back to Hurricane Katrina disaster, where the National Guard and local law enforcement confiscated guns door-to-door.

Time to impeach Obama…
You can die trying…
A test, and a practice run, to find the bugs in their system. You think it won’t happen, I know people are laughing at me, another conspiricy nut. We’ll see who laughs last.
for marshal law..
Unfortunately James I agree with you.
They need to walk real lightly
We in the midlle of the country “cling to our guns and Bibles,” and the government does not like that. First we have to get our States to resist the Feds. We need to elect people who stand for freedom and the Cons$#%&!@*ution. Each State has to control its own national guard and all of its police. Second we need to arm ourselves and be ready with food, water and alternate heating and light sources and medicines and first aid equipment and supplies.. We may need several months worth of these things. We also need to secure our homes or have alternate spots to hide and a way to get there. And we need to have bullets for our guns. How many bullets do you have stock piled – 20, 40 for each gun? Nowhere near enough.! Other weapons may be necessary if you can get them. Good luck and God Bless us all.
