Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) has written a letter to Obama demanding that the President reveal to the public his plans for the creation of a “new transnational governance structure,” as Sessions puts it.
Sessions is one of few Congressmen to stand up and demand more transparency on this sovereignty killing effort, now 10 years in the making. Most have sold themselves out for a paltry sum…

Never going to happen, the people will revolt.
Ms. Marie, the obvious answer to your question about this treasonous -oh! did I use that word?- unconstitutional deal is they’re all getting some kind of goodie for the vote. I have thought and thought about your prescient question regarding Congressional inaction. Why are they selling us out, not stopping the Constitution-hating POTUS? The only public-realm answer I come up with is they know most Americans aren’t watching what they are doing, or won’t do anything about if they are watching. Apathy. How hard is it to call one’s Rep/Sen? Apparently too hard for most Americans. That is my answer to your questions. The next question is, can enough Americans exercise the Founders’ intension that citizens practice frequent access to Congress in time to save our country? Pardon the rant, Ms. Marie, but your post hit on everything going through my mind about this.
I believe they were guaranteed life and happiness after this is over for them and their families again I believe they’re going to get screwed over just like we did. KARMA is a beautiful thing if we get to see it
Donna Marie Yes ma’am, by definition a dictatorship has no need of a Congress. People are funny….I can’t seriously believe that Congress thinks they will be untouchable if/when (?) politically-driven civil unrest (or worse) breaks out. And it’s not like they don’t have a job description – the Constitution outlines everyone’s roles pretty clearly. I’m no rocket scientist, but I can clearly see the willful undermining of our country’s rule of law. This has not happened in a vacuum, it’s incrementalism at its most insidious.
I believe that for the next few months it would be in his best interest to sit back and continue to say and do nothing, as usual, let the american people do the talking for a change, so we can being the healing process.
