Our system is absolutely setup to deal with this type of president!! But we need to have House Representatives, Governors and State Legislators that grow a spine and start to exercise their Constitutional powers!! The House can defund any law, executive order or agency that is harming America. The State Governors and Legislators can organize and for a Convention of States etc.
