References to Christmas, Easter, Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashanahhave been stricken from next year’s school calendar in Montgomery County, MD. This was in response to Muslim demands that the school district give equal treatment to the Muslim holy day of Eid al-Adha
This stripping of all religious holidays off the calendar wasn’t exactly what Saqib Ali, former Maryland state delegate and member of the Equality for Eid Coalition, had hoped for.
“By stripping the names Christmas, Easter, Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, they have alienated other communities now, and we are no closer to equality,” stated Ali. “It’s a pretty drastic step, and they did it without any public notification.”
The Maryland school district appears to have been battling the Muslims in their efforts by taking this action.

This is getting nuts
I thought Montgomery County people were smarter than that, but………..???
Does anything really surprise you in these liberal states? They are governed by socialists, marxists and communists, especially in our school systems.
Absolutely not! !!!!!!!
No this is our land they need to live like we do or get the hell out.
America has been overly care in for those that have been less than we but now they are trying to take over and changed all that they have been claiming was so great but now they want our country to be like theirs so what the big deal. If they worked as hard as the Americans they could have what the world has for them. Why MUST WE GIVE UP OUR RIGHTS, JUST RETURN TO WHAT THEY WANT ?????
Let us see some of Muslim Holiday’s, that we do not support and see how long it takes to get something done about that.
America should not give one inch. This is our country. Why should we change anything? If anyone doesn’t like it, buy a ticket back home! We’ll be down to see you off! When you get home, be sure to tell everyone else you couldn’t change America so they will stay at home!
Schools cannot teach Religions. They are not qualified. What they did was absolutely the right, sane and lest objectionable thing for everybody. It will be very difficult for the schools to satisfy everyone on this divisive subject matter.
hell no send them home
