Even the most delusional anti-Trump Republican seems to agree, the man they love to loathe is going to walk away from the GOP primary with more delegates than anyone in the race.
Any other year, this would seal a victory for the frontrunner. Those beaten would release their delegates to the frontrunner and the party would soldier to the general election as a cohesive, unified organization.
But this isn’t any other year, as Trump has disturbed all sense of normalcy and tradition in his bid to become the president of the United States, and the party isn’t happy.
The Republican Party has long been the party of ‘fall in line,’ and ‘wait your turn,’ and Donald Trump’s refusal to do either has enraged the establishment so fiercely that they’re now poised to do everything in their power to shut him down.
Reince Priebus, the head of the GOP establishment, seems so determined to get Trump off the national ticket that he’s willing to undermine the very democracy upon which his party is based.
See how he insulted Republican voters across the country on the next page:
No Trump No Vote!!! I know if they screw us I will never be voting again that’s it done.
And if trump runs as i dependent then u will sit down
You need to look at why the voters are revolting Mr. Pubert! We are sick of the party’s c**p and will show you how sick we are at the polls. You do not speak for me! You do not tell me what to do! The politicians seem to forget who they work for! It is about time they got a lesson from the voters! I’ve been a ‘card carrying’ member for decades – you can kiss my$#%&!@*if you think I want to see another politician in office right now!!!
ABSODAMNLUTELY LUDICROUS! All the votes of ALL the People should be counted; that is, if you want to know what The People really want – and not just the votes of “the chosen few!”
Never put up with anything worthless..
we like the Party, we dont like YOU, and YOU arent the Party, WE are, you are one little shithead, we are MILLIONS and we win, you lose
Time for a new chairman
IN PRIMARIES AND IN GENERAL ELECTION
I am not a Trump fan, but if the chairman pushes a nominee down the throats of the party, there will be a simple Exodus from the RNC.
Time for a new party
