Close the older store with more experienced higher paid employees. Another store can open in the same area with inexperienced help that can be paid much less on a less than 29 hour a week schedule

Have you walked into a Sears lately. Sears management decided to stay the course with a pre-internet mantality. Bad products, over-priced and the at$#%&!@*ude that they would be around forever regardless of advancing compe$#%&!@*ion of Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon, or Ikea. How did today’ss economy make Sears close? Stop $#%&!@*ing about the President and look at your own lame-duck congress and senate if you want an example of hinderance.
I’m on the conservative side but Sears is closing because its a $#%&!@* run store. I blame Obama for lots of stuff, but this aint one of em.. That’s why both sides are full of $#%&!@*..
It sure is pure Right Wing BS ,,Sears had its run ever since I was very young child,,Now the latest in Retail are the Depots? Home Depot,,Loews,,so its just the changing of the guard and those folks can now get jobs at those stores..No major loss to the economy.
