Liberals will be hard pressed to tout Obama’s economic success after the retail apocalypse has been fully realized.
With thousands of stores being closed across the country, the Federal Reserve will have a hard time propping up our failed economy with QE and zero-interest polices after confidence is finally completely shattered.

Eddie Lambert bought the failing Sears stores years ago. Then sold off the empty buildings, raising enough capital to buy Kmart in cash. It was actually Mr. Lambert & Kmart holdings who bought Sears. As leases are coming due, he’s closing the stores, whether it’s Sears or Kmart.

Good thing we replaced our 10 year old dish washer! We found one that instead of loud annoying beeps it plays a little musical tone and it is SO much better.
I sure hope the Lancaster Mall in Salem is able to keep their Sears going.

Amazing this time last year they were touting how the economy was *recovering*.
Make up you’re mind Liberals! Is it recovering or not because store closures is NOT a sign of recovery.
A sign of a good recovery would be NEW businesses going in if a bad business closed due to poor/illegal management.
That’s what America needs is new businesses to replace the bad ones for starters.
Reminds me of the lies about the oil shortage that never happened during the Iraq war back in 2003.
I remember seeing long gas lines and a guy coming out with a WHOLE BUNCH of gas cans in his hands with the price of gas rising by the minute all based on speculation that had no basis in reality.
In the 70s there actually WAS an energy shortage but in 2003 we did have enough to go by but the media needed people to fight with each other.
Now that the economy really is crashing the media is pretending nothing is wrong.
What I am saying is to not take what you see at face value.
We have been thru hard times before and will go thru hard times again due to the same set of people in the 70s energy crisis but thank goodness it’s not as bad.
In the 70s there really was an energy shortage and putting on *price control* made it worse not better which at that stage gas stations were either down right closing or had limited hours with LONG LONG car lines around the block and by the time you got in chances are they ran out.
I’ve never heard of Pick n Save.

These middle cl$#%&!@* shopping stores are closing because there is a shrinking middle cl$#%&!@*. Big divide between rich and poor. High end stores are thriving. Obama has been trying to raise minimum wage, etc. so to blame the Obama economy is absurd.
