A San Diego State University student was forced to remove the American flag from his balcony by his apartment complex.
The student, Brad Smith, received the notice to remove the flag one month after moving in into the Boulevard 63 Apartments
“We were then told that it was for political reasons and that the flag could offend foreign people that live here, foreign exchange students,” Smith stated.
Isn’t there a law protecting our rights to fly our flag ANYWHERE in the states? A federal law!
refuse to do it, let them sue you!!
yes, indeeed
This is my country and I will fly my flag proudly…if it offends foreigners then they should leave…
To bad ,if they don’t like our American Flag, Go Home !!
Then send them home.
This is America. They came here so they should respect our country, culture, & our flag no matter what. They don’t like it then go back home. We didn’t invite you here you came of your own free will. LEAVE OF YOUR OWN FREE WILL!!
Screw the foreign students !
Once again…. THIS IS AMERICA !!! They don’t have to be here if they don’t like it. We don’t go to their country , live off them and tell them not to raise their flag!!! What the hell!?!?!?
I would plaster the entire complex with American flags in the dead of night. Let them wake up to a little patriotism. If foreign students are offended by our flag then they are free to leave and study at home wherever they came from.
