Reading about fraud is always upsetting, but reading about charity fraud is downright infuriating.
When the already-impoverished nation of Haiti was struck by a devastating earthquake in 2010, people around the world opened their checkbooks to donate money to the reconstruction of the country. Among the recipients of these generous donations was the Red Cross, who pledged to help the people of Haiti get back on their feet with the millions of dollars given to them.
Yet five years after launching LAMIKA, a project named after a Creole acronym for “A Better Life In My Neighborhood” and meant to build hundreds of homes in Port-Au-Prince, only six homes have been built across the entire country, forcing citizens to continue dwelling in shacks without water, electricity or basic sanitation and regular flooding. In short, the Red Cross has delivered far less than it promised not just to it’s donors, but to the people it claimed it would help as well.

Everybody needs to see this and stop giving to the Red Cross, they help no one and pocket the money they get to help people in need.
save the children’s were there and a huge amount of other charity’s ,none of them did anything but load up with the money and go to the next disaster . I would bet that over two billion was raised. they could have built sky scrapers and put the whole population in them. I don’t believe there is a hell but if there is all of them belong there.
This is one of the reasons I do not donate to the Red Cross!
One of the several reasons I stopped supporting Ref Cross and giving them my blood.
This is why I don’t give to orgs.
Thieves
This is the typical b******t you get from these organizations. They claim to be non-profit and they are because all the profits go into the pockets of the administrators. Only about 5 cents on the dollar actually goes to help people in need.
The Red Cross did the same or worse to victims and Families of 911. Millions were donated to that cause. The Red Cross claimed they were an International Group and had to ‘share’ all their donations equally. BS! When it is given for a specific cause, it should go to the victims of that cause. What happened in Haiti with the Red Cross & Clinton Foundation is horrific. Charity laws need to be changed so ridiculous salaries are not handed out. Meanwhile, give to the people direct. That way you know you helped and they ARE helped.
Red Cross is known to keep most of the $$$$
So Why are you not asking where all the Clinton Foundation money went.. One hut, and a golf course. So where is the rest of it!
