Kentucky Senator and Republican presidential hopeful Rand Paul is taking a stand against our government, and forced a Syrian refugee bill out of consideration on Thursday.
The proposed bill intended to provide publically funded housing to Barack Obama’s Syrian immigrants. This is another setback in the president’s efforts to house his Muslim imports in communities across the country, with or without the consent of it’s people or government leadership.
Rand went one step further last week, as he not only tried to stop aid for the refugees, and the potential ISIS members hiding among them, but to make it outright illegal for Syrian refugees to benefit from public housing.
It has already been said that those outside the administration will have no power to stop Obama’s Muslim assimilation program, so only time will tell how successful such efforts against Obama will be.
Rand’s full statement is on the next page:
Yea Rand Paul!
Right public; wrong country. Rand is right.
Way to go Paul. Why haven’t you been fighting this all along? So far we have 1.5 million refugees in this country and just now you are making a stand? Almost like it’s all about politics.
Good job
You just stepped on my foot, Becky with healthcare. I do have some ideas too having worked in healthcare for a long time
