Vladimir Putin is pretty infamous for his no-nonsense approach to politics. He’s also known for not giving a damn for anyone’s sensitivities. Ever since Muslim-controlled Turkey shot down a Russian jet last month, Putin has been upping his rhetoric against the religion. After announcing his thoughts on imposing some stricter sanctions on the country, he said something that is likely to draw some ire from more sensitive Muslims.
Putin said during a press conference that he was not interested in “saber-rattling” with Turkey. He promised stronger sanctions on the country. After Putin’s statements the Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak announced that Russia would be ending the talks on the Ankara Turkish gas steam pipeline, a move designed, he said, “to emphasize the strength of Kremlin anger.”
Between Putin’s relatively gentle chiding and Mr. Novak’s more aggressive announcement to halt energy discussions with Turkey, it’s clear that Putin wishes he could do more. And perhaps he would, if the NATo countries could be convinced to coordinated their attacks with Russian military.

The weakest part of Quran and Hadith are the so called divine scientific revelations, which are actually scientific rubbish including stars are God’s missiles to be shot at Jinns on His command by the Angels or sun setting in a murky pool of water. These show Muhammed was a liar, claiming Quran to be divine revelation.
Quran 67:5 : And verily We have beautified the world’s heaven with lamps, and We have made them missiles for the devils, and for them We have prepared the doom of flame. Supported by Hadith : Sahih al-Muslim 5538: as we were sitting during the night with Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him), a meteor shot gave a dazzling light. Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: “What did you say in the pre-Islamic days when there was such a shot (of meteor)?” They said: “Allah and His Messenger know best (the actual position), but we, however, used to say that that very night a great man had been born and a great man had died,” whereupon Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: “(These meteors) are shot neither at the death of anyone nor on the birth of anyone. Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, issues Command when He decides to do a thing. Then (the Angels) supporting the Throne sing His glory, then sing the dwellers of heaven who are near to them until this glory of God reaches them who are in the heaven of this world. Then those who are near the supporters of the Throne ask these supporters of the Throne: ‘What your Lord has said?’ And they accordingly inform them what He says. Then the dwellers of heaven seek information from them until this information reaches the heaven of this world. In this process of transmission (the jinn snatches) what he manages to overhear and he carries it to his friends. And when the Angels see the jinn they attack them with meteors.”
Quran 18:86 : Until, when he reached the setting of the sun, he found it set in a spring of murky water: Near it he found a People: We said: “O Dhul-qarnain! (thou hast authority,) either to punish them, or to treat them with kindness.”
Now, Dhul-Qarnain, according to some Quranic scholars, is supposedly the Alexander of Macedonia. However, in Arabic, it means 2-horned. Quranic scholars try to twist this verse by saying that when Dhul-Qarnain reached a place at sunset, it appeared to him that the sun is setting in a murky pool of water…..as if Alexander never saw a sun set before. During this twist, the embarrassed scholars try hard to make 2 different meaning of the same word : Wa-ja-da (to find). However, they are utterly betrayed by Hadith that has no reference to Dhul-Qarnain :
Sunan Abu Dawud (Hadith 3991) : Abu Dharr narrated, “Once I was with the Prophet riding a donkey on which there was a saddle or a (piece of) velvet. That was at sunset. He said to me, ‘O Abu Dharr, do you know where this (sun) sets?’ I said, ‘Allah and His Messenger know better.’ He said, ‘It sets in a spring of murky water, (then) it goes and prostrates before its Lord, the Exalted in Might and the Ever-Majestic, under the Throne. And when it is time to go out, Allah allows it to go out and thus it rises. But, when He wants to make it rise where it sets, He locks it up. The sun will then say, “O my Lord, I have a long distance to run.” Allah will say, “Rise where you have set.” That (will take place) when no (disbelieving) soul will get any good by believing then.’
In Sahih Bukhari it goes as: Sufyan (al-Thawri)- Al-A’mash- Ibrahim (b. Yazid al-Taymi)- Yazid al-Taymi- Narrated Abu Dharr: The Prophet asked me at sunset, “Do you know where the sun goes (at the time of sunset)?” I replied, “Allah and His Messenger know better.” He said, “It goes (i.e. travels) till it prostrates Itself underneath the Throne and takes the permission to rise again, and it is permitted and then (a time will come when) it will be about to prostrate itself but its prostration will not be accepted, and it will ask permission to go on its course but it will not be permitted, but it will be ordered to return whence it has come and so it will rise in the west. And that is the interpretation of the Statement of Allah: “And the sun is quickly proceeding towards its destination. That is the designing of the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing. ” (36.38) (Sahih Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 54, Hadith 421).
Quran 18: 89-90 says sun rises in the land of dark-skinned people. Another important verse in this context is Quran 18:92-93, which says that Dhul-Qarnain undertook yet another expedition and reached (balagha) 2 mountains where he found people who understand nothing. This verse containing the Arabic word belagha is important as it shows that Dhul-Qarnain was reaching places, not times. So, Dhul-Qarnain reached places of sun rise and sun set, not was somewhere at sun rise or at sun set.
Quran 2:22, 15:19, 20:53, 71:19 confirms that the earth is flat. Quran further claims that the earth has 7 layers:
Quran 65:12 : Allah is He Who created seven heavens, and of the earth the like of them; the decree continues to descend among them, that you may know that Allah has power over all things and that Allah indeed encompasses all things in (His) knowledge.
Hadith says earth is fixed on the back of a whale and that too the whale (Arabic : Nun) has gills, that it , it is not a mammal.
So how does seasons change in a flat fixed earth? Explains Muhammed : Sahih al-Bukhari 3260: Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah’s Messenger said, “The (Hell) Fire complained to its Lord saying, ‘O my Lord! My different parts eat up each other.’ So, He allowed it to take two breaths, one in the winter and the other in summer, and this is the reason for the severe heat and the bitter cold you find (in weather).
So, read these and help muslims understand that Quran can not be a divine revelation.
