Vladimir Putin is pretty infamous for his no-nonsense approach to politics. He’s also known for not giving a damn for anyone’s sensitivities. Ever since Muslim-controlled Turkey shot down a Russian jet last month, Putin has been upping his rhetoric against the religion. After announcing his thoughts on imposing some stricter sanctions on the country, he said something that is likely to draw some ire from more sensitive Muslims.
Putin said during a press conference that he was not interested in “saber-rattling” with Turkey. He promised stronger sanctions on the country. After Putin’s statements the Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak announced that Russia would be ending the talks on the Ankara Turkish gas steam pipeline, a move designed, he said, “to emphasize the strength of Kremlin anger.”
Between Putin’s relatively gentle chiding and Mr. Novak’s more aggressive announcement to halt energy discussions with Turkey, it’s clear that Putin wishes he could do more. And perhaps he would, if the NATo countries could be convinced to coordinated their attacks with Russian military.

You don’t understand because the left has created a fallacious narrative regarding Putin and the right making it impossible to understand. There is no love for Putin, but there is in fact a respect for his strength and leadership (if not the tactics) against a common ideological enemy committed to the conversion of all infidels. He has committed to fighting this enemy, and we need to as well.
The other part of the false narrative that makes it impossible to understand is its hypocrisy when you consider the left’s history of fawning over the likes of Pol Pot, Che Guevera, Hugo Chavez, Fidel Castro, Kim Jong Il, and a long list of other murderous tyrants….

I’m sick and tired of deference to Islam, and cow-towing to Muslims… They give us zero respect, do not honor our religion, and openly call for our subjugation and/or death… this cannot continue…
I would call for all organized religions to oust Islam from the accepted faiths in the world, until such time as the book of their faith removes “convert or die”, inequality for women, and the other hate justifications from the K/Quran…
We have tried to work with them, and it has not worked… They continually plot death and terror against us… No other religion does this… And don’t bring up the KKK… that’s not a religion…
I’d envision a world-wide convention of ALL major religious leaders, except Islam, where we all establish “Tenets of Faith”, where ALL religions agree to basic principles of faith:
1) All religions that respect the right of existence for any faith that reciprocates this
2) No religion shall make laws relegating one religion over another, or all other religions…
3) No faith will prohibit marriage between their faith and any other
4) No faith shall allow any text in the book of their faith that advocates death or other punitive punishment for anyone disagreeing with their faith, including the burning of the book…
5) No faith shall advocate Honor Killing, FGM, or any other kind of Death Penalty…
That’s a few I can think of… Once this is established, the U.S. should adopt these as the minimum requirements for acceptance of a religion in this country….. we cannot continue to allow Islam to spread in this country until such time as their faith recognizes our faiths, and their right to exist…
That’s my idea… poke holes in it if you want, or try to contribute…. Up to you… But our inaction is no longer an option….
yep, the enemy of our enemy is our friend. See no wrong in that. Yes Putin has made the USSR great again. much like Trump will make America great again. There will be mutual respect among enemies that shall last another 100 years once Islam is defeated or reduced to irrelevance. Remember Bush was CIA and well respected by Russia.
