In no uncertain terms Putin blames America for destroying the ‘global collective security’ and American imperialism will cause the world to go to war.

As long as we have a yellow bellied Leader such as Obama why should Putin watch his threats.. Watch how Obama deals with these threats. He will soon have Kites flying over Moscow with loving greetinfg to Putin theron to placate him. he doesnt want to have a year of meaningful conflict to deal with after all he has never served in the Military, the Boy Scouts or even the Girl Guides although he has now made his participation in both the Scouts and Guides acceptable
