In a recent speech directed at the United States, Vladimir Putin stated that World War III is inevitable and will be started by the U.S.
In no uncertain terms Putin blames America for destroying the ‘global collective security’ and American imperialism will cause the world to go to war.

Putin in bluffing.he is trying to look strong when he is really weak. he knows if it gets started his country as knows it will be one big smoking hole in the ground. No leader or country will use nukes. It means the end of the two countries involved. no body will be a winner
