In a recent speech directed at the United States, Vladimir Putin stated that World War III is inevitable and will be started by the U.S.
In no uncertain terms Putin blames America for destroying the ‘global collective security’ and American imperialism will cause the world to go to war.

America won’t be a factor because we don’t have industry to switch over to military production. We would be tooling up from zero. How do you think that’s gonna go?

A Leader who would State publicly that world war III is inevitable and then blame it on the US or the upcoming reasons for the explosive reaction and benefit to his cause; A leader to be actively engaged in military activity present in history, engaged in violation of treaties and agreements with disregard of NATO and European National Union and Independent Nations. A leader who has held alliance with only those nations whom refuse to negotiate with the peaceful nations of the world alliance. This leader is the INSTIGATOR !!!
