In no uncertain terms Putin blames America for destroying the ‘global collective security’ and American imperialism will cause the world to go to war.

Our political leaders didn’t just destroy our own economy they effected the worlds economy in a negative way too. So much cash flow was removed from our society with budget cuts and downsizing it broke us. Better spending was in order not a refusal to spend.
