Say when! Russia is not a threat. The powerhouse of manufacturing will win a world war. Manufacturing is where the United States got its power. We have slowly lost that power. We have a m$#%&!@*ive Military but would lose an arms race with China. They are going through their industrial revolution but with technology and modern production. All the hurdles and mistakes we had to figure out and learn the hard way they have the play book.
