If you live in Massachusetts, don’t labor under the misconception that you own your vehicle, or a boat or plane. Under a bill sponsored by a Democrat legislator, the Commonwealth would forbid you from adding a hidden compartment to secure your private property, such as a handgun, money or other valuables.
Designed as an alleged anti-drug law, the bill would punish those who add a hidden compartment after the vehicle is purchased with a two-year mandatory prison sentence, and five years for subsequent offenses.
Even worse, the law would empower police to seize the vehicle under civil forfeiture law. Lawmakers in support of the House bill claim it’s necessary to prosecute the war on drugs. State police officials have endorsed the bill as needed to discourage drug trafficking.

Bryan Dale legality of drugs is not the issue. Here are the facts you forget. Take Colorado for example since legalized pot came on the scene duu deaths are up 350% that is not without cause. Dui deaths are always labeled as drunk but actual autopsy results show these deaths are directly caused by pot. 350% now imagine that nation wide. Are we OK with that just so you can get high. What of the other drivers, children ect that are also killed by these drivers. Shouldn’t they matter. What of their lives. The we are owed attitude of you people is sickening to say the least. I demand my drugs, u demand to use your bathroom, I demand to wear her uniform, I demand everyone that doesn’t agree with me not be allowed to speak, I don’t care if their happy as long as I get what I want. You are entitled to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness just not over everyone else. Jack Smith more people who die of “opioids” die of Tylenol related liver failure. That’s the thing they never tell you. Tylenol good for a fever once in a while. At the doses you get with 3 mg of opioid a 2 weeks of Tylenol is a lethal dose dose.
