South Carolina State Rep. Alan Clemmons (R) has proposed a measure for a state curriculum that would require students to complete a three-week class on the US Constitution. The course would focus on the Second Amendment using materials endorsed by the NRA and if a companion bill is passed along with it students would also attend shooting ranges.

HEY!! Hold on just one amn mi9nute. I studied the constitution AND the Bill Of Rights in school. Dont ask how long ago, just be satisfied it was a long time ago.
