South Carolina State Rep. Alan Clemmons (R) has proposed a measure for a state curriculum that would require students to complete a three-week class on the US Constitution. The course would focus on the Second Amendment using materials endorsed by the NRA and if a companion bill is passed along with it students would also attend shooting ranges.

I had to pass the constitution before I graduated. So why not all students.
I studied the Constitution in elementary school. Cannot understand why every American is not fluent in American history!
About time. Should be the law in every state.

It used to be required to graduate High School as well as college.
