South Carolina State Rep. Alan Clemmons (R) has proposed a measure for a state curriculum that would require students to complete a three-week class on the US Constitution. The course would focus on the Second Amendment using materials endorsed by the NRA and if a companion bill is passed along with it students would also attend shooting ranges.

American History, American Government should be started at least by the 3rd grade like it used to be…we werr also taught Geography… Now all that is importsant is sex education, body art and how to mix races…
Should be taught in all schools.
There is a public law in 2004 , Law 108 – 447 section 111 . I have posted this twice over several months , going to POST it again, please read and share.
Each educational institution that receives Federal funds for a fiscal year SHALL hold an educationnal program on the United States Constitution on Sept. 17th. of such year for the students served by the educational institution.
I had to study the Constitution in a school in Alabama. I attended the class enough to learn it was called “Civics class”. Most of the time I was swimming. Jumping off a high stump into the muddy water. My grades were so low, I didn’t even get a report card..
Each Federal agency or dept. shall provide educational and training materials concerning the United States Constitution to each employee … on Sept. 17th. of each yr.
