South Carolina State Rep. Alan Clemmons (R) has proposed a measure for a state curriculum that would require students to complete a three-week class on the US Constitution. The course would focus on the Second Amendment using materials endorsed by the NRA and if a companion bill is passed along with it students would also attend shooting ranges.

go get em guys
When I went to school before you graduated from 8th grade you had to study and pass all the test with at least 75% or you would stay another year in8th grade! I graduated from high school in1970!
Good
when I went to school we studied the constitution, and now they are proposed a measure for a state curriculum that would require students to complete a 3 week class.
And what the hell could be wrong with that ???????????????????
it should be required in all states….the Constitution is widdling away
They should learn about guns and gun safety as well as the reasons for the 2nd amendment, years ago it was taught in every school in America, guns, handling of guns and safety & respect, there were no mass shootings and the guns were already there!!!!! HUH !!!! Why Is that????? Because today, kids have NO RESPECT for anyone, NOT even themselves !!!!
I believe it`s study requirement was replaced with the study of Black history in America , which i`m sure will no doubt omit any reference to all of the crime and violence they have caused everywhere in the country in which they inhabit ?
I hope it passes.
We studied it in grammar school. Why would the American kids not be taught their Constitution laws? What genius took that out of learning in the schools?
