South Carolina State Rep. Alan Clemmons (R) has proposed a measure for a state curriculum that would require students to complete a three-week class on the US Constitution. The course would focus on the Second Amendment using materials endorsed by the NRA and if a companion bill is passed along with it students would also attend shooting ranges.

Why not? Every citizen should know about guns first hand at an early age and all tax payers should fund this? They make me fund teenage abortion without parent consent! They make me a 58 year old male grandparent carry prenatal and abortion care on my healthcare insurance! So, “Why Not”???
