South Carolina State Rep. Alan Clemmons (R) has proposed a measure for a state curriculum that would require students to complete a three-week class on the US Constitution. The course would focus on the Second Amendment using materials endorsed by the NRA and if a companion bill is passed along with it students would also attend shooting ranges.

back in the day I had to study the Constitution in school
A ok might have to move back!!
Should be a requirement; was when I went to school!
All 50 states should adopt this as law!
Chip Lis, I will bet you 50 bucks you could not find 50 students that even know what the constitution is right now…..it is time to shove it down their little squeaky throats…..they will be a lot better off for it!!!!!!!!!!!
how about parents teach their kids
Heck, I had to in high school…
Whoa…….When did they quit it?……..I can remember the Constitution and the Bill of Rights was a priority for Mrs. Lawrence (our fearsome teacher) We also had every single war & its subsequent settlement as assigned homework and she gave on the spot tests too! Tough but I remember most of it today 50 years later!
it is about time !!!! we studied it when I was in school before we lost our country !!
The CONSTiTUON should
be required in all
50 states.I approve a 100
