Receiving a pardon is no doubt something that a person would receive with joy and gratitude. However, there can be a problem: Accepting a pardon does imply that you committed the crime for which you are being pardoned, right? If there were no crime committed, then the pardon wouldn’t make any sense.
Such is the problem in which Mrs. Clinton might well find herself. That she has another potential legal issue to contend with is certainly no surprise. In would be interesting to see just how much money the Clintons or their supporters have spent defending them all these decades. The figure must be staggering.
So with Obama in the waning days of his presidency handing out pardons with wild abandon, what of Hillary? More on page two.
The so called president emailed the so called Secretary of State. The so called NSA already has all of the emails.
The whole system would be exposed as a sham if he does in fact pardons her . The free for all that would follow could easily bring the house of cards down around our shoulders .

That would solidify our belief that the politicians in Washington are corrupt individuals and get away with crimes against our country. Should not happen.
What’s she need a pardon for if she has committed no crime who’s going to pardon Obama when his time comes.
She will never admit she did anything wrong. That’s what people like her do. It’s never them that does the wrong.
You must be charged and found giuilty to receive a Pardon.
If she accepts a pardon, can she still run for any government office? She thinks she is going to run in 2020 again. The pardon would only apply to the Play to Pay and the email / server thing? I think Trump still can go after her for any other crimes?
I think the answers to these questions would determine what she will do.
